Shipping Information
• We use USPS Priority Mail for shipping to AK and HI, which can take from 3 to 10 days.
• Faster shipping is available at an extra charge.
• Shipments can be delayed by bad weather, strikes, holidays, etc.
• The minimum shipping/handling charge is $9.50.
• Most items are available for immediate shipping.

• We're open from 9am to 5pm, Eastern Time (6am to 2pm Pacific time) Monday through Friday. This site features secure online ordering, available all day, every day. If you don't want to order online, you can call us or send a fax or email.
• We accept major credit cards, money orders. We accept purchase orders from educational institutions, government agencies and other various organizations.
• Our minimum order is $15, not including sales tax or shipping. If you must place an order totaling less than $15, we may add a $10 fee.
• We collect sales tax only on shipments to NJ. If you are in NJ and have a resale certificate or are otherwise exempt from sales tax, let us know.
• You will receive an ORDER CONFIRMATION after placing an online order. This confirmation is sent to you automatically by us to confirm that your order has been received and does NOT guarantee that the items you selected are in stock for immediate shipping.
• Nothing is shipped on Saturday or Sunday.
Shipping Time Information ("transit days")
• Shipping time does not include the day you place your order.
• Quoted shipping times are based on "business days," and do not include weekends and many holidays.
• For example, if you place an order on Friday for "3-Day" shipping, and the following Monday is a holiday, the first transit day is Tuesday, the second transit day is Wednesday, and you should receive your order on Thursday -- the third transit day.
• If you place an order after about 3pm Eastern Time on Friday, there is a chance that it might get shipped on Friday; but it probably won't be shipped until the next business day -- which would be Tuesday if Monday is a holiday.
• If you need something shipped quickly, CALL us at 1.201-818-1455 -- Don't order online.
Refunds, Exchanges and Returns
• If you cancel a credit card order after we have submitted the sale with our point-of-sale terminal, before it is shipped, there will be a 10% administrative fee (minimum $10).
• If you cancel before we submit the sale, there is no fee. If you change your mind about an order, call us quickly at 1.201-818-1455.
• If you cancel, return or refuse an item that has been shipped, there will be a 10% restocking fee (minimum $10). There is no fee for returning or refusing an item that we shipped in error, or for returning a defective item. Returns must be sent to us within 10 days of receipt. Call us for a Return Authorization Number.
• Shipping charges are not refundable, except for items sent in error.
• If you return something in less-than-perfect condition, additional fees will apply.
• All new products are guaranteed by their manufacturers. Any item found to be defective within ten days of receipt, may be exchanged through us, or returned to the manufacturer for repair or replacement under the manufacturer's warranty.
